Terms of use for Kreated4u Tubes and More member area...................You will be bound by these terms whether you read them or not.

** First and most important, there will be NO as is use on anything contained in my member area. **

~Memberships are limited to a 3 month term. Sorry, but I do not do trades at this time.

~Once your membership is activated, do not share your password with anyone. All IP's are logged and checked frequently. If you are caught doing so this is grounds for permanent removal without refund.

~If you are caught stealing or coping any graphics, adding to your member area, or selling any tubed graphics for which you did not obtain a tube license, your membership will be terminated, no refund. You will be asked to removed the graphics immediately.

~There will be absolutely no refunds given once you log into the K4U member area for the first time.

~Updates will be at least once a month with a minimum of one tube set.  Older sets may be periodically purged to make room for new and keep the area fresh.

~The member area will contain original Kreated4U tubes, lines, or bases, as well as tubes made from purchased lines of other artist. This is all you will find. Any tubes be it original kreated4u or from other lines will be end use only. Some of the Kreated4U tubes will allow recolor options using greyscale provided in the pack. Greyscale in these packs  do not allow you to retube or add to a member area.  Alterations on tubes from other artist lines is strictly prohibited.

~There will never be stats listed for graphics inside the member area. Instead you will be able to see a month by month update of what sets have been added. It makes no sense to me to list 300 tubes inside a tube pack when 20 of those may be just different color dresses etc.

~You must display the k4u membership logo on your site with a link back to www.Kreated4u.com. Any tubes made with k4u bases or lines must have a link back to k4u for line or base credit.

~You must have a tube license if you intend to tube K4U original base or lines for resale or adding to your member area. This tube license is good for only one site and only one person. YOU! The tube license is a one time fee, good for the lifetime of the site. It will only be valid to tube Kreated4U lines and bases as long as you have a current membership. There will also be an individual tubing license available per tube set. Email direct to order.

~This is a drama free area. If you have a legitimate gripe come to me. I will not tolerate flaming or rudeness. That will constitute immediate removal.

~If you have a membership area and or any password protected areas were content may be used, I will require access to make sure all terms are being followed. Failure to do so, will result in your membership being put on hold, until I have access. All the time you have wasted will not be refunded.

~Do not take graphics from the members area and share them with anyone else.

~Your web site must have the no right click, no image toolbar and no drag and drop scripts installed to prevent image theft.

~I reserve the right to change or amend any of the terms or conditions here within at any time without notice. So check my terms regularly. There may be issues I have not addressed so if you have any questions contact me before joining. Again there are no refunds once you log in.
